Hi, I'm Linda.
I'm the story and purpose behind Vitality Vibe Spa.​
Growing up in an Asian immigrant family, I learned to be independent at a young age—navigating hardships, learning from failure, and building resilience through every struggle. These early experiences shaped who I am and continue to fuel everything I do.
Alongside those challenges, I watched my mother face pancreatic cancer and pass away shortly after her diagnosis. Her loss deeply changed me and left an irreplaceable void. After many losses and a broken heart, I had to walk in my mother’s footsteps—as a single mom, but stronger, better, and more resilient—raising two boys on my own.
My recent medical scare was a powerful reminder of how fragile life truly is and how important it is to be fully present. That moment shifted everything. My journey to Vitality Vibe Spa began in the world of healthcare. As a dental hygienist, I spent over a decade helping others care for their health. But no career achievement could ever be more valuable than time with my children.
Leaving my dental hygiene career behind was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. Many don’t see the heartache behind that choice, but there’s a story behind every smile—and this is mine. I had to choose a new path, not only for my family, but also for myself.
Before entering the dental world, I worked as an educator, massage therapist, and makeup artist—roles that shaped my understanding of learning, healing, beauty, and self-care. Each chapter of my journey now lives in every detail of the experience I’ve created at Vitality Vibe Spa.
But my story doesn’t begin with a title or career. It begins with the trials that shaped me—and the purpose that drives me.
Creating Vitality Vibe Spa was my way of turning a lifetime of lessons—resilience, strength, and compassion—into a legacy. This space isn’t just about beauty; it’s about healing, growth, and reconnecting with your true self.
