Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you to provide a private, personalized, and relaxing experience. Booking & Cancellation Policy • Some appointments require a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your service total. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may transfer the deposit to one future appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no-shows, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. The deposit reserves your dedicated appointment time and compensates for time that cannot typically be rebooked on short notice. • By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies, including the applicable deposit, cancellation, and no-show terms. • If you experience an illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Vitality Vibe Spa. • Gift cards, memberships, and packages are subject to their own terms and conditions.
